Donors who contribute $2,500 per year over a 2 year period will receive the following: - Acknowledgement letter - Wall of Champions recognition - F.I.E.L.D.S. website recognition – 2 YEARS - Printed program recognition – 2 YEARS - Invitation for 2 to future East-West football pre-game events- 2 YEARS
Donors who contribute between $1,000 and $2,500 payable in 1 year will receive the following: - Acknowledgement letter - Wall of Champions recognition - F.I.E.L.D.S. website recognition – 1 YEAR - Printed program recognition – 1 YEAR
- Donors who contribute over $10,000 will be sent an acknowledgement letter and will have their names printed in the 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Fall and Winter sports awards program as a HALL OF FAME DONOR. They will also be recognized as a HALL OF FAME DONOR on the Wall of Champions.
- Donors who contribute between $5,000-$9,999 will be sent an acknowledgement letter and will have their names printed in the 2009, 2010, and 2011 Fall and Winter sports awards program as an ALL AMERICAN DONOR. They will also be recognized as an ALL AMERICAN DONOR on the Wall of Champions.
- Donors who contribute between $1,000-$4,999 will be sent an acknowledgement letter and will have their names printed in the 2009 and 2010 Fall and Winter sports awards program as an ALL STATE DONOR. They will also be recognized as an ALL STATE DONOR on the Wall of Champions.
- Donors who contribute between $500-$999 will be sent an acknowledgement letter and will have their names printed in the 2009 and 2010 Fall sports awards program as an ALL CONFERENCE DONOR. They will also be recognized as an ALL CONFERENCE DONOR on the Wall of Champions.
As part of the project phasing, a permanent recognition will be created for the Donor Levels listed above. Preliminary plans are to use the entrance area of both stadiums as the location for the Wall of Champions donor wall. The recognitions are planned to be transferable to an alternate location within the stadium complex in the event future renovations provide a more suitable location.
